Hi! I’m a licensed registered nurse with over 20 years of experience. I love helping clients look and feel their best! Whether you are experiencing fatigue, muscle soreness, migraines, menopausal symptoms or simple dehydration, UDB can help! How do I know which drip or shot to get?

That depends on your symptoms and what results you’re looking for. Feel free to reach out to our experienced RNs and we can give you some recommendations!
Do you have a brick and mortar location?

Not yet! We are a 100% concierge, mobile service and will come to your home, office, hotel or Air Bnb!
What is your service area?

This is based on our discretion, but generally speaking, we travel within an hour of Saratoga Springs. A travel fee of $2/mile, with a $15 minimum, does apply.
What does the $25 consult fee cover?

A telehealth consult with one of our experienced providers is required for first-time clients. This “good faith exam” will ensure that you are receiving appropriate treatment, and is only required every six months, excluding NAD+.
How old do I have to be to receive a service?

Clients must be 18 or older, or 15 or older with parental consent.
Do you take cash, and does insurance cover your services?

We do not take cash, and insurance does not cover our services, but we do accept all major credit cards and HSA/FSA cards.
